Construction of new gas boilers in Generation Plant Kraków launched

Construction of new gas boilers is the biggest contract launched as part of the modernization of Generation Plant Kraków. It is focused on meeting new environmental requirements arising from IED Directive. The investment will also make it possible to increase energy efficiency of the plant.

Modernization of the heat and power plant assumes total conversion of the installation from hard coal to blast furnace gas, coke oven gas and natural gas.
