We have finalized the project: "Oxygen dosing system for pipe system of blast furnace at the work of Turbochargers for ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. in Dąbrowa Górnicza”
The constructed installation provides enrichment of the blast furnace with oxygen at the emergency feed of the Blast Furnaces through the Turbochargers of ZW Nowa.
The installation consists of:
- 300 meter long high pressure oxygen pipeline,
- oxygen filter station,
- oxygen dosing and reduction station,
- low-pressure pipelines supplying oxygen to blast furnace pipes.
Parameters of the installation:
• minimum efficiency / nominal / maximum of 2,000 / 8,000 / 12,000 Nm3/h,
• pressure at the entry to the station- 16 barg,
• temperature at the entry to the station 10°C,
• pressure in the blast furnace pipe nominal / maximum 4/4.5 barg,
• flow in the blast-furnace blast pipeline 300,000 / 350,000 Nm3/h
• projected pressure supplying oxygen into the blast furnace pipes 6 barg
